How the firm started

Provenance & Founding Mandate

The firm began on 2 February 2020, when the two principals agreed to build one company. They named it Kawan Kita Solusindo. The deed of PT. Kawan Kita Solusindo is dated 14 July 2020. The mandate was clear: engineer software products that eliminate operational friction and make daily work effortless, especially for growing businesses.

Anton Maulana, founder and commissioner, and Yoga Nanda Saputra, co-founder and director, first collaborated in SCeN (the computer networking club) at STIKI Malang. Anton was the class of 2005; Yoga was the class of 2015. Their shared background in network architecture and systems engineering formed the firm's technical bedrock.

2020 Case Note · Virtual Cinema & Broadcast Prototype

When COVID restrictions accelerated digital migration later in 2020, the firm took on critical streaming initiatives. One landmark project was Indiskop, a community cinema movement founded in 2019 by Marcella Zalianty with PARFI 1956. For its digital festival, our team built the corporate website and custom seat-selection prototype for online ticketing. We also engineered and operated the Zoom virtual film studios, deploying live OBS switching for technical sponsors, lower-third graphics, and real-time announcements.

We have built attendance systems for private firms, and for joint-operation work with Indonesia's Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR). Those project names stay unpublished. In October 2023, Anton Maulana and Yoga Nanda Saputra were guests on Selay Show at ATV Kota Batu.
