You pay against an invoice. The company account is at Bank Neo Commerce. PayPal is also accepted. That PayPal account is in a personal name, and the invoice names that person before you pay.
After handover, we fix faults in the agreed work for at least 3 months. The written plan names the length. On some projects that cover lasts as long as the system is still in use. New features are not part of that cover.
