Bing will show the topics where its AI quotes someone else
Bing now lists the searches where its AI cites another site and not yours. Use that list as a brief, not as a rank.

On 13 October 2026 Microsoft added a beta view called Topics Portfolio to Bing Webmaster Tools. It lives in the AI Performance report, next to Citations & Pages. Search Engine Land reported it the same day. It shows up only when Bing has enough data. Microsoft did not publish the cutoff, so a small site may see little, or an empty screen. An empty screen is not a verdict that you are invisible. It is a beta with a bar you cannot see.
Where it does appear, it groups the queries Bing's AI used your pages for. Beside each topic it estimates how large that topic is across all sites, how many sites get cited, and how many queries sit inside it. Below the table, Top Opportunity Queries lists searches where other sites are cited and yours is not. Those counts are ranges, not a ledger you can invoice from.
Microsoft's own caution: treat the figures as a guide for planning, not as an exact count. The topics are sorted by AI, so a query can land under a label you would not choose. A rival's brand can show up as an opening. Microsoft's example is a competitor's name filed under Running Shoes. If you sell shoes, that row might be a real gap. If you sell accounting software, it is noise. The tool will not know the difference. You will.
Keep the rows that match what you sell. Skip the rest. A gap on that list is a candidate for a page. It is not a promise that Bing or Copilot will cite the page you publish. Publishing into every gap is how a site fills up with pages no buyer asked for, which is a different problem from being absent.
Turn a row into a page only when you can answer three questions in the first screen. What do you sell. Who is it for. How does a person start. If the row is a topic you do not offer, leave it. A citation you do not deserve is not a lead. It is a bounce, and it trains the next reader to leave faster.
That page is a company website. When we build one, the written plan names the pages, the price, and who owns the code before we start. You agree the plan, then we build. After handover we fix faults in the agreed work for at least 3 months. New features sit outside that cover. The site opens on a phone and on a computer. We do not promise a load time for every country. We do not promise that Bing will cite the new page.
Search work is how those pages get a fair chance on the searches you already deserve, including Bing if your buyers use it. The work is on the pages you already have, plus the gaps that match the offer. We usually need access to the site, and, for Google, read access to Search Console. Bing Webmaster Tools is the place to read this new report. Do not send passwords in the form. The written plan names the pages and the price. We do not promise a rank, in Bing or anywhere else, and we do not promise a date when a crawler will come back.
Website care matters once the page is live. A topic page that 404s, or a form that fails on the phone, wastes the citation if one ever arrives. We can look after a site we did not build, after a first look at the code and the host. The plan names the checks and the price. WhatsApp or email, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 Western Indonesia Time.
Read the list against the whole offer, not only against "SEO". A row about a phone app is a mobile job if you sell one: iPhone, Android, or both, as the plan says, with a camera, a location check, or a notification only if the plan names them. Store submission is included only when the plan says so. Apple and Google still decide. A row about a desk tool, a printer, or a scanner is a desktop job, and we do not buy the hardware. A row about a checklist your team already keeps in a sheet may be AppSheet, which Anton Maulana leads. He holds Google's advanced AppSheet certificate on Coursera. Data can stay in Google Sheets, Excel, Cloud SQL, or PostgreSQL. Offline use is in the plan only when the plan says so. Topics Portfolio will not sort those for you. It only shows where someone else's page was quoted.
If your buyers also search on Bing or Copilot, export the opportunity queries that match what you sell and ignore the rest. Bring that short list. A hundred rows is not a brief. Ten rows you can fulfil is a brief.
Tell us the topics you want to be found for. We reply by the next business day. You agree the written plan before we start.
